Collection: Herbal Medicine Tinctures

Getting herbal medicine into the body through the quickest and most effective manner often times require the herb to be tinctured.  Tinctures are a process whereby the herb is blended into a powder then alcohol is added in order to extract the medicines from the herb.  This can be a time-consuming process, depending on the type of extraction method used.  The result is an herbal preparation that is only needed in small amounts and usually only over a few days.

Tinctures are sold in 2-ounce glass dropper bottles or in 1-ounce or 2-ounce Nalgene bottles for travel and are also the preferred container in our medical kits.
